These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Velocity Home website and services. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Velocity Home provides real estate services including property evaluations, cash offers, and home purchases in Northern Colorado.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Use our website for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Property Information

When you submit information about your own property through our offer or contact forms, you represent that you have the right to sell the property or are authorized to act on behalf of the property owner.

Driving for Dollars Referrals

Referrals submitted through our Driving for Dollars program are different. You do not need to own the property, have the right to sell it, or have the owner's permission to refer it. A referral is only a tip that a property may be a fit for us. It does not give you any right to sell, list, market, or negotiate for the property, and it does not make you our agent or employee.

When submitting referrals, you agree to:

  • Use only publicly available information and observations made from public streets or other public places
  • Not contact, solicit, or negotiate with property owners or occupants on behalf of Velocity Home
  • Not enter or trespass on private property or post flyers or marketing for Velocity Home

Velocity Home handles all contact with property owners. A finder's fee is earned only if Velocity Home buys or controls a property you referred and that transaction closes. The amount is confirmed in writing before closing, and payment requires a signed finder's agreement and a completed W-9. If more than one person refers the same property, credit goes to the first referral we receive for a property not already in our system. Submitting a referral does not guarantee that we will pursue the property or pay a fee.

Cash Offers

Our cash offers are preliminary estimates based on the information provided. Final offers may vary based on property inspection and market conditions. Offers are not binding until a purchase agreement is signed.

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that we will make an offer on every property or that our offer will meet your expectations.

Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Colorado Law

These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Any disputes will be resolved in Colorado courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
